CIBC Support:
The Cooper Island Beach Club (CIBC) manages our property and provides
on-island support for Quart-A-Nancy Point guests. The following items
are provided by CIBC:
- Greet guests at their marina on Tortola and provide
ferry service (on schedule) to our private jetty on Cooper Island on the
CIBC boat
- Transport guests' luggage and supplies from the Jetty to the house
on arrival
- Show guests around the property and review information
regarding the property infrastructure and amenities
- Provide clean sheets and towels on arrival
- Optional provisioning with advance notice (Cost of
groceries +25%)
- Guests may eat lunch or dinner at at the Beach Club
(Restaurant reservation required for dinner)
- Provide additional drinking water (Additional charge
applies)
- Handle property maintenance and repair issues
- Arrange activities such as boats, day sails, windsurfers, scuba
diving and snorkeling, etc with advanced warning. Specific
activity charges paid to vendors apply.
- Garbage pickup at end of stay
- Transport guests' luggage from the house to the
Jetty on departure
- Provide return ferry (on schedule) from our private jetty
to their marina on Tortola
The Cooper Island Beach Club will open an account for you
on arrival to which they will charge any expenses you incur. These may
include meals at the restaurant, groceries, water, fuel, etc. Please
be sure to settle this account THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. CIBC
accepts Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa and Mastercard. Credit cards incur a 5%
surcharge. They do not accept American Express or Personal Checks. Gratuities are not included in our rates. We encourage
guests, to tip CIBC according to their service. A 10% gratuity is
"standard" for good service at hotels throughout the British Virgin Islands.
Any tips for service should be paid directly to the Cooper Island Beach
Club.
