Arrival should be planned for Monday, Wednesday, or Friday on the 11AM Cooper Island Boat.  Scheduled departure on the return boat is 7:30AM Monday, Wednesday or Friday.  We prefer a minimum one-week stay, but shorter stays may be accommodated by special arrangement.  Other arrival/departure days and/or additional partial weeks can also be arranged, schedule permitting. A 50% deposit, signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation.  Reservations are not binding until these documents are completed and signed and payment is received.  The deposit is fully refundable with sixty-days cancellation notice.  Thereafter the deposit will be refunded (less a 20% service charge) only if we are able to re-rent those dates.  Balance and $500 refundable security deposit are due sixty days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as personal checks, company checks, and money orders.
