Quart-A-Nancy Point Reservations
Reserve your stay at Quart-A-Nancy Point, Cooper Island, BVI up to 18 months in-advance.  See our on-line schedule for availability and also our Rates Sheet.  A 50% deposit, signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation.  Please complete these documents and FAX to 970-668-2166 (direct) or 1-877-357-8210 (USA only, toll-free).  If paying by check, mail original, signed forms and deposit check payable to:  "Peak One Holdings, LLC" (our USA Holding Company)., Attn:  Fred or Candia Kruse, P.O. Box 5775, Frisco, CO 80443  USA. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A $500 security deposit is also required prior to arrival.  For Credit Card payment, also complete our on-line reservation process using the links below.  Please indicate your selected dates in the "Special Notes" section when checking out.  Processing is conducted off-line and you will receive additional confirmation of your reservation once your credit card is approved.  Please review our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
