The highlight of this house is the Open-Plan Main Living area on the front porch. The open-air dining and living room areas provide dramatic views of Manchioneel Bay, most of the BVI, the Sir Francis Drake Channel, and the USVI (including St Croix to the south on clear days). Relax in our large hammock and enjoy dramatic sunsets.
Quart-A-Nancy point comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults in three bedrooms. A double futon is also available for an additional 1-2 adults. The house is arranged as two distinct living areas joined by the front porch and courtyard and is perfect for three couples, two couples with children or a single large family. (Parents with young children should note that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located at the far end of the house, away from the master bedroom). One end of the house contains the master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and powder room with hot/cold shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, and desk. There is also another open-air (cold-only) shower outside near on this end of the house. The other (north) end of the house contains two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with open-air hot/cold shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and also sleeps an additional two adults on the full-size futon. There is a computer desk and internet connection. The futon can be moved to the front porch to provide additional room. The 3rd bedroom sleeps two adults in two twin beds, or these can be made-up together to form a second king-size bed. If your party is larger than 4 people, please indicate your bed preference for the back bedroom configuration (as a note) when making reservations.
Cooking can be done either in the kitchen, or at the outside grilling area in the courtyard. We have both a charcoal grill and a propane gas grill. Renters must provide their own charcoal and lighter.
