The House – Guest Support

We have recently arranged for new, improved on-site property management and Guest Support.  Our current property managers live on Tortola, and travel to Cooper Island to support guests.  We, through them, will attempt to provide the best on-site support possible.

The following tasks are performed by us or our managers in support of our Guests’ at Quart-A-Nancy Point,  Cooper Island.

  • Prepare house for arrival (clean house, make beds, stock towels and supplies, etc)
  • At Guests’ option provision the house with groceries, additional drinking water and supplies prior to or at arrival (Additional charges apply)
  • At Guests’ option, arrange private boat transportation from Tortola to our private jetty on Cooper Island (Additional charges apply)
  • Transport Guests’ luggage and supplies from the Jetty to the house on arrival
  • Introduce Guests to the property and review information regarding the property infrastructure, operations, and amenities
  • Handle any property maintenance and repair issues that may arise
  • Garbage pickup and Laundry at end of stay
  • At Guests’ option, arrange private boat transportation from our private jetty on Cooper Island to Tortola (Additional charges apply)
